A standard PIR detector with added stabalised supply and output buffer. When detection occurs, the LED comes on and the output at the block connector goes low.
A wide area can be monitored and up to 6 meters in passage ways.
The output can sink up to 150mA, meaning LEDs, buzzers and transducers can be connnected directly without the need for a driver. In some cases even relays and lamps can be driven directly also.
Connection is via block connectors, for the supply voltage and output.
This module can be used alone or as part of a bigger project using the BLOX design system.
